Protect clinic accounts and patient information

Everyday habits for shared clinic devices.

Guide for clients · Rapivexa 1.0.4 · Reviewed 6 October 2026

Step by step

  1. Give each staff member a separate account with only the access needed for their work.
  2. Keep passwords private and sign out before leaving a shared device.
  3. Verify the selected patient before adding, printing or sharing clinical information.
  4. Protect exports, printed records and downloaded documents using your clinic procedures.
  5. For support, send a redacted screenshot and the error context; exclude patient documents, passwords and provider secrets.

Keep in mind

Follow your practice policies and the applicable privacy requirements. The software subscription does not replace your clinic responsibilities for patient information.

Menu names and available actions can vary by specialty, role and plan.
