Administrators may store a client's CRM access details to deliver the purchased service.

Razorpay processes INR payments and PayPal processes USD payments on this website. Payment providers handle their own checkout and payment information under their privacy policies. We store order amounts, currency, payment references and verification results; this website does not store your full card number or card security code. Bank transfers are verified separately by our team.

Your clinic's live CRM can have separate hosting, access controls and data processing terms agreed during onboarding. Your clinic remains responsible for its authorized use of patient information and for obtaining any permissions required for that use.
Retention and security
We retain information for service delivery, account administration, billing, dispute resolution and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the information and purpose; contact us to request a review. Account passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and stored provider secrets and CRM passwords are encrypted. Access controls restrict private account information. No security measure can guarantee complete protection; keep your credentials private and report suspected misuse promptly.
Your choices and requests
You can update practice details in your account. Contact hello@alpharapid.com to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of optional consent or help with a privacy concern. We may verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, billing or unresolved disputes. Withdrawing information needed to provide a service may affect that service.
