Server backups and data recovery
Rapivexa no longer provides clinic-side backup or restore controls.
Step by step
- Use your hosting control panel or server administrator to manage full-server backups and recovery.
- Confirm the backup includes the database, private uploaded files and the encryption/configuration material needed to read them.
- Ask your hosting administrator to verify the schedule and perform a restore test before relying on a backup.
- Do not upload patient backups, encryption keys or environment files to shared email or chat.
- Contact AlphaRapid support to coordinate application recovery with your hosting administrator.
Keep in mind
There is no Backups & restore page in the clinic menu. Hosting-level backup coverage and recovery depend on your server setup; a database-only copy may not include private files or required encryption configuration.
