Client area or clinic CRM: which login should I use?
Understand the two accounts and avoid signing in on the wrong page.
Step by step
- Use /login with your registered email and account password to open the AlphaRapid client area.
- Use your purchased CRM link from My orders or My CRMs to open the clinic sign-in page.
- On the clinic page, enter the generated username and clinic password. The clinic admin username is the clinic code; staff receive their own generated usernames.
- Use the client area for orders, subscriptions and software invoices; use the clinic CRM for patients, appointments and clinical work.
Keep in mind
Your client-area password is not automatically your clinic password. A staff member must use their own clinic account.
