Get help configuring your purchased clinic.
Step by step
- Open Expert setup in the AlphaRapid client area and choose the relevant CRM.
- Review the setup entitlement and any one-time charge shown before continuing.
- Choose an available meeting slot; the displayed schedule uses India time.
- Complete any required payment and check the booking confirmation.
- Prepare your clinic requirements and use the available reschedule controls if the appointment must change.
Keep in mind
Yearly plans currently include one free setup session; monthly setup is an optional one-time service. Use the live booking total as the amount due. These meeting slots are not your patient appointment calendar.
