Import or export clinic data
Prepare a small sample before importing a large list.
Step by step
- Open the available Import or Export option with an authorized clinic account.
- Review the form instructions, supported format and any sample/template provided.
- Prepare a small test file using the required columns and check for duplicates.
- Import the sample and review the resulting records before processing the larger file.
- For exports, select the needed scope and store the downloaded copy in a location approved by your clinic.
Keep in mind
Do not assume that any spreadsheet layout will import correctly. Exported files can contain patient information and need the same protection as clinic records.
