1. Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, or using any AlphaRapid products or services you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.

2. Services

AlphaRapid provides trading indicators, scripts, and related services ("Products"). Products are provided as-is and are intended for use on charting platforms such as TradingView.

3. Purchases, Payment & Delivery

All purchases are processed manually. Our preferred payment is USDC (BEP20) to the wallet address listed on the site. After payment, you must send a screenshot or payment confirmation message to our WhatsApp number: +91 95402 71903.

Once payment is confirmed, we will provide access instructions (installation files, keys, or TradingView access) via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours in most cases.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Digital products are generally non-refundable due to the nature of the delivery and licensing. Refunds may be offered at AlphaRapid's sole discretion in exceptional cases (e.g., duplicate payment, technical delivery failure). To request a refund, contact support with your payment proof.

5. Licenses & Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly stated, AlphaRapid retains all intellectual property rights to the Products. Purchasing a license grants you limited rights to use the product according to the license terms; it does not transfer ownership. Resale, redistribution, or public sharing of purchased code or keys is prohibited unless a source-code license is purchased.

6. Restrictions

• You may not resell, distribute, or publicly post purchased products without a written license.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer licensed Pine Script code if not provided with source code under a specific license.

7. No Financial Advice & Disclaimers

AlphaRapid does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Products are tools that may assist in analysis but do not guarantee profits. Trading involves risk. You are solely responsible for trades you place using our tools.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaRapid and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, exemplary, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of our products.

9. Support & Updates

Support is provided via WhatsApp and email as described on our site. License holders may receive updates according to their plan (monthly/annual/lifetime). AlphaRapid may, at its discretion, release new versions and updates.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AlphaRapid operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms
